Production area: Territory located in southern Italy, characterized by red soils rich in minerals and with calcareous subsoil. This area is known for the production of quality red wines. Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by destemming and crushing. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature, and then proceeds with racking and malolactic fermentation. Aging: The wines are aged for about 12 months, a period that allows them to develop complexity and harmony in flavor.
